Project Summary

This project pushed the accepted boundaries of modular building technology into a new and innovative territory.

The Brion Energy project utilized an innovative Steel and concrete envelope design that enabled an unmatched structural integrity and large open spans within the complex.

Approximately 90% of the total project construction was facilitated within a controlled, offsite manufacturing facility, then shipped to site prior to final commissioning.  The clients wanted the finish and durability of site construction, without the costs due to the remoteness of the location.  GCSI team members delivered the best of both worlds while maintaining client schedule and budget.
