Summary
This important project was to support First Nations students with a daycare facility for their small children. The facility was constructed with two volumetric modular pieces complete with washrooms, kitchen, and laundry amenities. Given the harsh winter climate, the insulation utilized was polyurethane insulation to provide an average of R42 insulation value throughout the envelope.
