Summary

The team members from Goertzen Complete Services were involved from inception of the Alberta Infrastructure high-performance classroom program in 2004 and all P3 related projects. These facilities were designed from the ground up to meet Alberta Infrastructure’s exact and desired performance specifications.

The essence of the project was to meet or exceed all the standards required for site-built Core Schools and other government buildings across Alberta. The result was the only high-performance, non-combustible, PERSIST building envelope and LEED contributing learning facilities.
