Summary

These projects were part of a large residential subdivision within Kimberley.  The developer wanted to solve the challenges with traditional site construction in his location.  Lack of trades and quality of trades posed a significant risk to the developer as average build times exceeded 20 months and costs were 30% higher compared to other jurisdictions.  The Wood/Steel hybrid was designed and constructed by GCSI team members to maximize strength while supporting the BC Wood first act.
